I'm Mirela
I have worked as an art director since 2014, both at companies and advertisement agencies and as a freelance professional. Ever since I was little, I’ve had a busy, creative mind, so I feel as if I’m on the right path. I’ve been through several experiences in which I could develop so many different skills in fields of art direction and communication, which led me to become a versatile, multidisciplinary professional. I was born in Brazil in 1994, and I live in Belo Horizonte, which I consider to be the city with the world’s greatest cuisine. I’m a Libra, obsessed with cute dogs and makeup, I love going to art galleries, searching for new music and I confess that I love iCarly. Experience
I started my career even before joining college, as I was part of anti-racist activist groups and was able to use my graphic design skills in favor of something I actually believe in. Throughout my career, I’ve worked at major companies, as part of their communication teams, as well as advertisement agencies, where I’ve had relevant local brands as clients. Today, as a senior art director, I’ve worked with brands such as Itaú and Itaú Personnalité (Latin America’s top bank), Uber, Sarará Festival, Caos Moda, among others.
